BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

1. Tsars reserves the right to remove, add or change any bonus that is available in the account of any Customer and has not been claimed. Any claimed and active bonus will not be removed by Tsars under regular circumstances.

2 .Tsars reserves the right to disable any user account from loyalty system / bonuses / cashback.

3. If your account is in profit - some bonuses can be unavailable for you. In case bonuses are unavailable for your account - you will not be able to select them before deposit.

4. Bonuses might have wagering requirements attached to them. These requirements will be appropriately displayed before the Customer decides to use a bonus when wagering requirements are applicable. Withdrawal amounts will be only possible for the real money balance the bonus money balance upon withdrawal will be lost. Tsars has the right to choose which game and service contributes what amount to the wagering requirements. The wagering requirements have a minimum of 25 times the amount of bonus and the real money sum contributing to the bonus figure. The minimum deposit to get bonus unlocked is €20 / $20 / ₽1300 / PLN 90 / 200 NOK / CAD 30/ NZD 40, excluding the cases when other minimum deposit amount is specified in Terms&Conditions of the chosen bonus. 5. Bonuses can be received once per person (Customer), per household, per address, per mobile phone, per shared computer and per shared IP address. Risk-free bets on any games or services do not count toward. Player has to play freespins while the Bonus is still active. In cases when the Bonus is not active anymore and the client keeps playing freespins, all the freespins winnigs and all further winnigs will be revoked. This rule also works for bonus games in slots. the wagering requirements. Winnings from free spins are added to the bonus money balance.

6. The maximum bet when having an active bonus is EUR 3 per spin or EUR 0.3 per bet line - unless otherwise specified, please check the bonus terms before making a deposit. Tsars reserves the right to remove your balance if you have played with larger bets than allowed during the bonus wagering process. If a player is betting more than allowed per bet with an active bonus, it classifies as bonus abuse.

7. Tsars reserves the right to impose various restrictions to different countries where Customers may reside regarding bonuses for reasons undisclosed. We further reserve the right to offer specific bonuses to individual customers or customer groups and their termination, change or other alteration without explanation and/or compensations in any form.

8. Bonuses are not available for Ukraine.

9. Bonuses are not available for players with duplicate accounts.

10. Welcome bonuses are not available for players from Finland, Croatia.

11. Tsars has the right to confiscate winnings and close the account in case the player or group of players abused the bonus/bonuses. Bonus abuse is considered as a fraudulent action. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to take advantage of extra bonuses or benefits at Tsars, betting simultaneously on black and red on roulette to increase loyalty points and/or improve your tournament rating/turnover progress. Such behavior is not allowed at Tsars and will result in appropriate action.

12. When you cancel an active bonus you will loose all your bonus money. When you make a withdraw all your active bonuses will be cancelled and your bonus money will be lost during the withdraw process. If you make a new deposit with new bonus, your previous bonus balance will be lost. All the bonuses at Tsars are sticky: all the bets are made from the real balance, all the winnings are credited to the bonus balance. If you activate a bonus you have to wager it. Support Department agents are technically not able to add your cancelled bonus again with the same wagering level.
